I saw the Shai advertisements recently and came back to level a Shai,
but because Shai can’t ride horses(?!)
she can only ride donkeys, which are really slow
I ended up leveling my Archer that I left unfinished.
While doing so, I noticed some small quality-of-life improvements.
Silver having no weight?!
I never thought the day would come when this would be removed.
Shows you which ride you’re currently using
You can talk to NPCs while riding
You can also heal while riding, which is convenient.
If you kill 500 monsters at a hunting ground, they give you decent accessories.
When I was leveling my Tamer early on, I hunted for hours trying to get Witch’s Earring.
They don’t give crystals directly anymore.
When I went to hunting spots that drop a lot of crystals,
I had to take out my mortar in the middle of grinding.
