[Monster Hunter: World] Second Day

I wasn’t really satisfied with the character I made on PlayStation before, so I never really got attached to it. But I’m really liking the character I created this time – it looks great in cutscenes too, so I’m already starting to feel attached to it.

I only got attached to my Palico, so I made my second character’s Palico exactly the same way.

During my first playthrough, there wasn’t a Tzitzi-Ya-Ku quest available so I skipped it. But with my second character, I thought I’d just try hunting it once, and the armor looked so cool that I ended up hunting more Tzitzi-Ya-Ku (…)

Actually, it often helped me when hunting Paolumu, which made me even less inclined to hunt it.

People don’t change.

When I played on PlayStation,
I hunted Pukei-Pukei to get the armor set and then went to hunt Tobi-Kadachi.
After failing the mission a few times, I googled it and learned that resistances were a thing.
This time around, I mindlessly went in wearing the Pukei-Pukei set again and died,
which left me confused (…)
But I still remembered from last year, so I immediately checked the resistances.

So I quickly threw on the Blossom set and grabbed a water element bow for now.

Don’t gooo~

I kept clinging to it when it tried to leave, so it stopped attacking and I caught it easily ㅋㅋㅋ

Something that was impossible when I played on PlayStation because the aiming didn’t work well…

Tzitzi-Ya-Ku

I’m wearing clothes made from Tzitzi-Ya-Ku leather,
but it’s such a kind friend that helps out and then leaves…

Dual Blades

Dual Blades are my second favorite weapon after the bow.
On PlayStation, I went to hunt Anjanath with them but got stomped to death by its hind legs a few times,
so I stopped using them.
But on PC, they were quite fun. I took them when hunting Paolamu,
and it was okay except for running out of flash pods when it flew up.
It was difficult to catch on PlayStation,
but whether it’s because this is my second time or because it’s on PC, I caught it in one try this time.

Plus, compared to the bow, the attack speed was incredibly fast,
so it was satisfying to beat down monsters(?).

When the handler does it, it’s annoying,
When a Palico does it, it’s adorable☆

I should make some armor for my Palico once I get the tickets tomorrow.
